Production Inventory Controller

The core focus of this role is to ensure all production, warehouse and logistics systems are aligned and that the messages and data are correct, including (but not exclusively) the factory floor data capture application, warehouse management system, messaging application and central ERP system.

You will be working in a challenging and busy environment; therefore, you will need to make sound and timely decisions within the scope of the role, with an understanding of when to escalate issues.  You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues in all departments and be a role model for health, safety and food hygiene.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in a quality role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to understand complex messaging systems
  • Ability to understand and explain IT systems to non-technical users
  • IT skills to include: MFG/Pro, Khi-Ro ADC, Excel Formulas, Words and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of Production Processes, MRP Calculations and BBE Date Calculations

  • FLT Reach and Counterbalance licence
