Customer Activation Executive

The core focus of this role is to support the Business Unit Team on account administration, including EPOS pulls, Invoice management and reconciliation, & forecast review inputs. You will also work directly with our customers on new product specifications, promotional submissions & new line forms. Using customer data sources, you will help evaluate business performance to contribute towards and inform future decisions. You will carry out regular store visits and feedback using Store tracker. You will work with the Category Manager and Account Manager(s), to successfully implement a bespoke shopper marketing plan, maximising impact at POP for our brands.

Key accountabilities

Customer Administration

  • Ensuring the Invoice management for the customer is kept up to date
  • Customer Data mining – Using Retailer websites to ensure the category & product performance is measured and tracked, including specific projects
  • Liaising with Account manager and the demand team, update the internal systems with the latest view on forward forecast
  • Work with the Customer & internally to ensure that they have the product specifications for any pack changes or NPD

Cross Functional Working

  • Working with Marketing , Category and NPD, to ensure that the account team have the presentations and information required to sell-into the customer

Shopper Marketing

  • Support implementation of agreed Shopper Marketing Plans
  • Run post activity analysis on Shopper activity to help with future planning/ROI reporting
